Vegetarian meals

I am a vegetarian and was hoping that someone could tell me where I can find something good and healthy. No white flour, sugar either. Thanks for any help that you can offer.

We've always been treated wonderfully by the chefs at WDW's full-service restaurants. Many of them take special pleasure in satisfying dietary requests like that. We've had some incredible vegetarian meals at Spoodles, especially.

do searches on vegetarian meals/vegan meals. there have been alot of posts...also, check out "vegetarian walt disney world" 2nd ed. has alot of info...maybe outdated somewhat but you will get the idea.
Most places have at least 1 vegetarian meals...but you may have to do some white flour/sugar at times (or starve). usually for vacation I make an exception (I get to eat dairy then!).

Rose & crown had a pretty good vegetarian meal. CP had vegan meals on the menu & the chef met with me to discuss meals. good luck. have fun.
