Vegetarian hot dogs or Veggie burgers in WDW??

They used to sell vegetarian hot dogs at that great old CS restaurant in the Wonders of Life pavilion.....do they sell these ANYWHERE currently in WDW???? Maybe at Caseys in MK?

How about veggie burgers? If so, where do they sell them and do you know what brand they use?

Sorry, I only know about Lactose intollerance as my niece has that.

I remember the veggie hot dogs at WoL! I do not think those are available anywhere at WDW anymore.

Veggie burgers are available throughout WDW parks and resorts, where ever a regular burger is offered, even if the veggie burger is not on the menu. Just ask. I do not know what brand is used, but someone will come along who will.

There are many other vegetarian options offered at CS and TS locations. For CS locations, in addition to veggie pizza and salads, there are grilled sandwiches and wraps. At TS locations, there is almost always a veggie option right on the menu, and usually something else that can easily be made vegetarian by omitting an ingredient or substituting a sauce.

I remember getting veggie burgers at (I think) Rosie Riveters at DHS. It sold regular burgers too.

I was just there in November and I am a very strict vegetarian. They did have veggie burgers everywhere that they served regular hamburgers. However, they were the garden patties, which I don't particularly like myself (I prefer soy patties).

I haven't heard anything about veggie dogs, though I know that Yves markets their veggie dogs to restaurants, since Hot Dog on a Stick carries their dogs to make their veggie corndogs with.. so Disney needs to get with it!

Counter service dining has been really difficult in the past, but lately they have at least one item (other than salad..yuck!) for vegetarians. They had mushroom sandwiches at a few places at AK and veggie sandwiches at a lot of other places throughout the resort. If you're sitting down for any meal, they'll pretty much make anything you want if they have the ingredients. However, I really enjoyed eating at both France and Italy. They had the best selections EVER for vegetarians! Everything was so yummy!

They do serve veggie burgers pretty much everywhere they serve meat burgers. just ask if you don't see it on the menu.

I had an excellent veggie burger at Cosmic Ray's in MK, and I'm not a vegetarian!

Thank you! I guess I'll just have to look out for the veggie burgers. I'm actually not vegetarian (anymore, but I was for 10 years). I just prefer tofu dogs and veggie burgers to the meat versions.
