I am planning a trip for a good friend of mine who is a vegetarian. Could somene pleae let me know the best CS options there are for vegetarians at each of the 4 parks? A few menu suggestions would be great too, so I can give her an idea. I think she has in her mind it is a all "theme park" style food of burgers and fries. I have been several times but am not a vegetarian so I have not paid attention to those choices. Thanks!

In the MK there are several choices that do not involve a veggie burger, although I happen to like the veggie burgers. :rotfl2: One option is the veggie wrap at Cosmic Ray's another option would be either the vegetarian chili or the Lighthouse Sandwich at Columbia Harbour House. The Lighthouse Sandwich hummus based sandwich. There is also a veggie pizza at Village Haus.

As for Epcot, many vegetarians like the vegetarian platter from Tangierine Cafe in Morocco. I am not one of them, though. :sad2: This has hummus, tabouleh and a couscous salad.. And I seem to remember a lentil salad. I happen to like the Sunshine Seasons for CS at Epcot. They offer a few choices like grilled sandwich and tofu noodle bowls. You can also find a veggie wrap at the Liberty Inn as well as a veggie burger.

I don't have experience with HS when it comes to CS. Hopefully, someone else can lead you in the right direction.

Prior to becoming a character meal, Tusker House was my choice for a vegetarian meal CS in the AK. Restaurantosaurus is the location for your standard veggie burger, they offer a cheese pizza at Pizzafari and Flame Tree BBQ also has a fruit plate with yogurt that sounds really tasty! I have no experience with the Yak and Yeti CS, so I don't know if they offer veggie meals.

I find that the CS meals are actually pretty vegetarian friendly and I have no problem finding something I want to eat. Hope this helps your and your friend! :goodvibes

I can't do much to add to HunnyJar's list, but also Pecos Bills at MK will do the Chicken salad/taco salad without the chicken. Just be very specific when you order it though. I was told to ask for a vegetarian salad and they simply omit the chicken/beef. I confused them a few times by ordering the chicken salad without the chicken (as it is described on the menu). It is about $2 or so less if you leave the meat off if you are paying OOP, but no difference on the dining plan. You can fill your taco shell at the fixins bar and there is plenty salad, fried mushrooms and onion, cheese, etc.

I liked the vegetarian platter at Tangieriene Cafe and the tofu noodle bowl in Seasons. Both are at Epcot.

About two years ago, I tried but did not really enjoy the vegetarian sandwich at Columbia Harbor House--
