vegetarian baked potato soup?

...anyone have any idea if this is ever done at Carnation cafe? Dd has been vegetarian for the last few years and this is one of the few things she still misses

It's not made to order, and DL has shared the recipe, which has bacon cook with the broth and the veggies are cooked in bacon fat.

Yes we have made it at home with Oscar's recipe . ...IMHO it is not the same without bacon. ..but nothing ventured nothing gained. .thxs for weighing in
