I went to Dick's with Ruben for dinner the other night, and let me tell you, it was a zoo. We didn't have to wait long because we were a party of just two, but any larger than that and we could be in for quite a wait. And it's just more loud and chaotic, not as much one on one attention. kwim?

So I was thinking we could do Dick's for an early lunch, and then something else for dinner.

I am NOT a Carrot Top fan, so I will pass on that one, but may join you for dinner that night. I am a huge fan of Burger Bar, so I would throw a vote that direction!

It WAS good wasn't it?? I'm so glad you suggested that place when you, Donna and I all met up.

Beth, are you sure CT is performing that weekend? I only ask because when I looked up tickets on the Luxor website, it doesn't show him playing the last two weeks of November, but he's back in December. I hope I am wrong, but I don't know.

I hope your kids enjoy their first day back at school.
And that Adam isn't being tramatized by the older high schoolers - j/k, I'm sure he is fine. Who gets home first? The twins?

Marcie, Cadillac Ranch is located in the Town Square shopping area. We passed by it on the way to the outlets last time. It's not far from the Strip.
Maybe we can go there for lunch the day we go shopping since we will already be out that way. Hopefully they will have just as much eye candy for lunch as they did for dinner.

They did well. Thanks for asking. I was actually thinking that as nerve wracking as the first day can be, it is rather exciting. It's as time goes on that is the true test of how things are going, kwim?

So, who is interested besides me, my Mom and Linda? and what price seats do we want?

BTW Gordie Brown is an impressionist (think of Rich LIttle and the late Danny Gans) and has good reviews. It's at the Golden Nugget downtown.

I wont be doing any shows this time around.

Hopefully I'll get out of my funk soon, so I can give you all a better answer!

Are we still doing OG on Friday night? If so, I am fine with just doing that. I will do dinner if we are doing dinner as a group, but am more that happy to just hang out and relax until OG later that night. Seen Chippendales enough don't need to do that again. $65 for fifth row sounds awesome to me. What do you think? Before we buy we need to see if Deb and/or Stacie want to come, hoping for a party of five, but if not it's a party of three!
