Vegan dining

Hey everyone! I am helping my best friend plan her first Disney trip and they have a vegan in the group. Anyone have best vegan restaurant suggestions? They are only going to MK and Epcot or any of the resort restaurants.

All restaurants should be able to help. They have vegetarian dishes that can be modified for vegan. Some have a separate menu for vegetarian/vegan, just ask when checking in. There is also vegan food blogs for help being vegan in the parks. It really is quite easy to do. My favorite was The Wave and Hoop Dee Do
