We are in Paris right now and headed to DLP tomorrow morning.

We are trying to figure out the VEA schedule for Sunday morning from the Kyriad. Our flight to Montreal leaves at 11:10 am, so we need to be at the airport at least 2 1/2 hours before that. It looks like the VEA's earliest pick up is at 11:05 (but I have to be honest, I am not sure...is the time table FROM the airport?? hard to understand).

First of all, are we reading this correctly? If so, that definitely doesn't work. Can we take a shuttle to another hotel and get on the VEA there? Which hotel would be best?

We look at other shuttles, but the prices seem much higher. Taxi is the same.

If it matters, it is just me and DH.

TIA

I just looked at the time table from the train station for the VEA shuttle and the first one is at 6:55am and the journey can take up to (and the last time I used them, exceed) 1 hour!

There is a TGV from the train station to charles de gaulle at 7:27 am and the journey takes 11 minutes. I just checked the price and the tickets are €33.20 total.

This could be an option for you since your flight is early

The 11:05 time is correct. The VEA doesn't visit the partner hotels as frequent as the resort ones.

You can catch the VEA from the bus station (next to the train station) at 7:35, 8:35, 9:35 and 10:05.

Note: This is if you're going to CDG and not ORY or BVA.

Thanks for the replies

I can't thank you enough! This was some of the best advice we got about our trip!! (And it was fun...while it lasted anyway...talk about quick).:thumbsup2

I love the TGV - its by far my favourite way of travelling between DLP and CDG :goodvibes:goodvibes.
