VDH - Renting Points for Fall 2024 via David's....How good are my odds?

NGL, if I had brand new direct purchase VDH points, I wouldn't accept anything as low as the David's rate for them. I'd want at least $26-27.

Good point. We are considering renting out xxxxxxx but really don't have an idea of what the rate should be.
