VB Summer Ressies

My family and I (four total) are considering an early summer 2002 Vero Beach trip. I'm wondering what kind of luck people have had this year making reservations at the seven month window. I'd probably prefer a one bedroom. I'd appreciate anyone's experience.

We had great luck making reservations 7 months out for the week of July 4th. We reserved a 2 bedroom back in December with no problem.

We have never visted Vero and are really excited.

We just got a Garden View Inn room in Aug. at the 7 month window. No problem.

We got an ocean view inn room for last Labor Day weekend with only 2 months notice.

The summer at Vero Beach is off peak. Peak time there is the winter. You would have a harder time getting a reservation there in Febuary than in July.

I tried for a one-bedroom for two different weeks in this July and couldn't get it six months out. There was no problem getting an inn room at that time.
