Are there any significant differences between the Inn rooms and Studios for a family of 4.

I think I would prefer to be in the main building but are the ameneties and size similar for the two types of room

Thanks again

I believe all of the studios will have a queen bed and sleeper sofa combination.

If two of you don't mind sleeping on a sleeper sofa, it may be nice to have the additional room for during the day when the bed is folded up.

The Ocean View Inn rooms are the only accomodation other than the beach cottage that pretty much guarantee a direct ocean view - make sure you request upper floor. In nearly all cases, they have two queen beds - though a few have a King. They can vary a little in the amount of floor space according to location - due to the design of the Inn building.

Understand that all rooms at the resort are in very close proximity to the main building - but the walk from the villa buildings is not covered - so rain could be a problem.

If you do a search for "room size," you may be able to find posts that show specific square footage, though I don't think the difference between the two is that significant.

They will both have the microwave and small fridge.

Have fun! We'll be there Labor Day weekend - can't wait!

And at VB there are VCR's in all rooms, and renting tapes is free for members.

Depending on the ages of the kids the bed arrangements may be the premium concern. With smaller kids the sofabed is functional, but if they're teens an Inn room ( with two "proper" beds) may be a better option.

For a family of four, I'd go for an Inn room everytime.

We were on the 2nd or 3rd floor in an OV inn room and our balcony was 4" high and SOLID.... it was also very small (balcony on the cruise was bigger).
