Various Refillable Mug Questions

Nope. You can't buy anything, pretty much, to be in the room when they arrive. Even Disney Floral don't tend to drop off until the people are in the room.

Out of curiosity, if you buy the DDP, are the mugs already in your room?

since we are on the topic of refillable mugs, does anyone know if we can bring our mugs from our past trip to use only for water (at both parks and resorts)? We are thinking about not doing the DDP this time and don't want to spend $55+ for water. TIA

You can put free water in anything. They'll hand you cups at theme parks though and won't fill your own containers when you ask for water bottles.

And I'm sure if they put them in rooms people would have tantrums about not getting to choose the colors...

In our history of WDW (almost 20 years now), the only time we had mugs in our room was the trip we stayed in Sugarloaf at GF. They were in a drawer with all the other non-refrigerated very expensive goodies.
