Vancouver Hotels w/ Cruise Transfers

My husband has been looking at hotels for our July DCL Alaskan Cruise. We'd like to book a hotel for 2 nights before we sail and would like a hotel that has shuttle service to the port. Our search has found us looking at hotels that are very pricey. Any suggestions of where to stay that won't break the bank. Doesn't need to be fancy, just clean.
