Van for 8 People and Luggage-What Company?

Looking to reserve a van to take 8 people (4 adults and 4 kids) plus luggage roundtrip to/from MCO/GF. Any suggestions on companies to use? To avoid? Tiffany Towncars? FLTours? I do want to deal directly with the company-no 3rd parties.

P.S. ME is not an option since one person will only get on bus if absoltuley necessary.

This might be a really good time to split the party for a while- put 2 or 3 people in a cab and the rest on ME. As long as your bags are tagged correctly, Disney will take care of them for you. That way, you don't have to claim your own bags (or wait for them) nor do you have the extra cost- a cab/towncar should be less than a van.

If you're staying in two rooms/2 reservations, put one adult in each room in each vehicle- that way the first to the hotel can check you in!.

I di have to ask- how are you planing to manage travel around the World without using Disney buses? For the MK and EP, you could certainly monorail (or boat to MK), and I guess you could go to Epcot via monorail and walk out the IG to get to DHS (although that would consume ALOT of time)., but there's no way to AK or DTD using Disney transportation from the GF without taking a bus.

(and the ME buses are more like long-distance Greyhounds than city buses. The regular Disney buses are like city buses).

I would split the group up. If there is one person that will only get on a bus if it's really necessary, they can go in a car service with anyone else who wants to..up to four of them. That will cut your costs..it's going to be expensive to get a van for 8. Then have those not in the car use DME...with luggage going via DME luggage handling.

We have used Tiffany for 8 people plus luggage (6 adults, 2 children). The last time we used them was about 9 months ago. The van was quite large.
