In Feb we are going on DCL and need transportation for 13 of us. I am looking for a shuttle van from MCO to PC and back to accomodate all of us. Most seem to be geared for 10. Any suggestions? I know Happy Limo's max is 10.

Thanks

I found this site just yesterday while searching transportation sites to the port. For a mini bus the cost is $400 round trip. That comes to about $31 each plus tip. Good Luck

We had a party of 12 and used ********.net and they were fine. We had a large van and they even provided car seats for the little ones. We had to pay a bit extra for the luggage trailer since we had so many people we needed the trailer to carry luggage.

Here is a pic of the van that they used for us:

We rented a full size van for our party from Budget at the airport. We're driving ourselves to Downtown Disney after our cruise. It's going to be about $136, if that helps.

We are a party of 12 people and have the same question.

mmouse37: I am very interested in the van you have rented before but I can't see the name of the site you have put nor could I see the picture when I entered the site you provided.

mkauffman: Could the van you rented with Budget hold 12 people?

Thanks in advance.

We are three families, a party of 14 (6 adults and 8 children). I searched the internet and called a lot of places trying to find a vehicle to transport all of us. There are a lot of places that provide super sized SUV's and vans/minibuses, but the problem is that most of these companies do not provide car seats and some of their vehicles do not even have seat belts (making it impossible to secure car seats if we brought them, One company even suggested that we just put the kids in the car seat on the floor. Yikes!). Therefore, we opted for a van and limo from FL Tours. We have reserved car seats for both vehicles. We could have gone for two vans, but two of the families wanted to upgrade to a limo. Although we will be in two vehicles, we will be sort of traveling together and it is still cheaper and more convenient than the Disney shuttle.

If you don't have a car seat issue, then you have a lot of options. For example, a1limobus has party buses, stretch SUV's and even a superstretch hummer!!!!

Good luck and have a great time!

The ***** appear when a company has been blocked from the DIS boards. This usually happens when they start pop-up-ing or spamming the members.

The company that sponsors the transportation board has a van that can hold you.

Yes, the van that we rented is a Ford Econoline 12 psgr. van. There are 11 people in my group and we didn't have a car seat issue. I rented it online. HTH.

Wow...we used the company in May....and had some good comments from others as well. I do not know what has happened with the company since then. Sorry for the link that does not work now....

I just tried the photo link and it worked....but if the company has been blocked I suppose it's better to look elsewhere.

We did use a one way rental from Budget for our group when we disembarked at the Port since we were spending the day at WDW.

Here is a link to that van we used from budget...I booked it online and it held us comfortably with a car and booster seat.

I also wanted to mention that we did not have to worry about luggage for the budget rental because we had checked all our bags in with the airline desk at the Port.
