Does anyone know when the value season rates for 2012 are supposed to be announced?

Does anyone know when the value season rates for 2012 are supposed to be announced?

Typically, rates are released around August-ish, at the same time they open up package bookings for next year.

If you're trying to plan for next year, I'd look at the calendar and determine what rates are this year, and add 10%, as a reasonable estimate.
