Value resort preferred buildings?

Does anyone know which bldgs are considered "preferred" at each value?

You can start with this link:

http://www.allearsnet.com/acc/faq_asmv.htm

and then take a look at the other values in the menu on the left. If you scroll down the page you'll see the Preferred listing just under the rate chart. For example here at All Star Movies, the Preferred rooms are in Toy Story, Fantasia and 101 Dalmations (closest to Cinema Hall).
