Value Resort availability

I won't go into a long explanation, but in March (6th-9th) next year I may need to book a room for 3 night (Monday-Thursday) in a value resort at the last minute for someone who may be joining us (but won't know until the last minute).

Are there usually rooms available at one of the value resorts. It doesn't matter which one, just one of them?

They won't have a car available, so offsite would not work for them.

If you book room only now, you can cancel 5 days in advance without penalty. Do you need to book within that 5 day window? If yes, you may have trouble.

Oh really? I can get a full refund if I am more than 5 days in advance? That would work! I will know a month a month before, so that would work! I couldn't find the policy on their website.

I'll echo to book well in advance. March, as you probably know, is spring break season. Yes, cancel more than 5 days before check in and get a full refund!

AND when it's a room only reservation, you only have to pay for one night when you book, not the whole stay.
