Value rates during XMAS/NYE? help!

I was offered $252 a night for a CR tower for any night 24th- new years day with AP rates. This is the rate I swear I was offered last winter during value season. It's hard to pass this up however I know disney can be turmoil during this time of the year.. Any advice? Pro/Cons of going down during the holiday?? thank you..

That is the rate with tax that I booked the CR Tower.
Am going from 12/26 to 1/1.
Yea, there's turmoil, but it will be festive.
Pros:
Decorations, Longer Hours, Happier (maybe) vacationers, Holiday Spirit all around, it's not work
Cons:
Busiest week of the year
