Value of the Disneyland portion of the City pass

Does anyone know the value of the 3 day disneyland park hopper portion of the city passes?
The costco version or the city pass version....any info greatly appreciated.
We bought 3 passes with our timeshare points wich were purchased from citypass.com and 1 Ticket from costco. Now we're considering getting annual passes

I've seen this question answered in the past, but not recently. However, from my memory and a search I just did, it seems that the upgrade value of the 3 day hopper has in the past been the same as the value of an advance purchase 3 day hopper.
