I was just watching Valley Girl on Netflix. That movie had the best soundtrack. And Nicholas Cage was so hot.

The clothes and the Valley Girl speak had me cracking up.

I think I will watch Fast Times at Ridgemont High or the Last American Virgin next.

My friend and I were always called valley girls living in massachusetts!!:rotfl2: Like totally gag me with a spoon. I loved that movie!! Don"t forget to put St Elmos Fire on that list to watch.

I own Valley Girl and Fast Times, and I have the soundtrack for Valley Girl!!! Fast Times I can't watch that often, but Valley Girl, over and over and over!!
I have the Last American Virgin recorded on my DVR, another of my favorites!!!

I'm not a fan of Fast Times but Valley Girl is a movie I still watch often. It's like totally cool.

I own Valley Girl on DVD.

Have never been able to sit through Fast Times.

Throw Pretty In Pink on your list too.

Like my friends and I would like see how many times we like could add the word like to a like conversation after that like movie came out. Like we were totally like annoying! Like gag me with a spoon, fer sure.

Totally :lmao:

I live in the valley that valley girls are named after (and that the movie is based on)!! :thumbsup2

Valley Girls is on there! Must see! Wasn't there a TV show like that called Square Pegs or something? I vaguely remember watching it.

Fast times at Ridgemont High reminds me of a time I was trapped in the back seat of a friends of a friends 2 door (no windows) and when the door opened it was a whole lot like this on you tube: "Jeff Spicoli is ready for school, dude" I had no idea what was going to happen but watching them get out of the car was priceless.

Ahhh, being a teen in the 80's was hilarious, wouldn't change a single stupid memory for the world:goodvibes

I remember the Square Pegs show. Sara Jessica Parker was in it. I loved that show.

Also, all the John Hughes movies are great. 16 Candles, Breakfast Club.

Ahhh, the 80s. Good times.

Now I gotta cut loose....footloose...kick off your Sunday shoes...

Bueller.....Bueller.....Bueller......

I do miss "the fun" of the 80's, that is fer sure dude.

I watched Square Pegs as well.

Of course I was in college for most of the 80's and then was married in 1990.
