Valet parking perk ?

Can someone please clarify if the free valet parking perk is good at any resort that offers it and doesn't matter if you are staying somewhere on points or not ?

Free valet parking is available whether you are staying on points or not, but ONLY at the DVC resorts. Members are not eligible for free parking at the Animal Kingdom Lodge (yet!), Grand Floridian or any other non-DVC resort.

That said, I have heard people say that if you first park at a DVC resort, you can use the valet stub to get free valet service at non-DVC resorts later that same day.

But you won't usually get a parking stub if you didn't pay for parking to begin with.

Also, if you have the Disney Dining Experience card, you can get free valet parking - at least at the Animal Kingdom Lodge last Thursday night!!!
