Valentines Day Check IN Week feb 6-13th

Congratulations to Helen for getting into onederland. Way to go!! Also congratulations to Helen for reaching her Valentine goal!! :earseek:

I have lost 4lbs this week. That puts me at 14/15 for my Valentine goal. So I'm going to work really hard over the next three days and see if I can rid of that last pesky pound, so that I can reach my goal. Here's hoping! ::yes::

A Big congratulations to all the other losers (and to the maintainers and gainers - you all are giving it your best shot AND, more importantly, sticking to it!)

I am happy to report a 3lb loss this week. So I got rid of the 1.5 I gained last week plus an extra 1.5 !! That puts me at 7.5/10 for VD. At this point I can say I won't make goal by Friday. However, there are 7.5 lbs forever gone from my body!:wave2: I am happy with this. I will strive to hit 8/10 by Friday and will have no guilt or bad feelings about it. ::yes:: I will forgo the chocolate covered celebratory strawberries however.:( Oh well, maybe next year!

GOOD JOB EVERYONE!
 
Well, after my weigh-in this week - I held steady. I am still 5.5/10 for the Valentine's Day Challenge. On a good note though, I celebrated 2 birthdays in my family last week & managed not to gain! :bounce: I am excited about that. Looking at the big picture, I am down a total of 8.5 lbs since the Christmas holidays. It's a great start to the new year - Good luck everyone!!! :Pinkbounc

I had a surprise whoosh at weigh in this week and lost 3.5 pounds!! So I came in at 7.5/5. :D :D

Since my losses tend to come so slowly, I never thought I would reach goal in time! I'm just glad the Whoosh Fairy visited this week instead of next!! (Oh, who am I kidding? I'll take a good whoosh anytime I can get one!! ;) )

I DID IT!!!! :teeth: I weighed myself this morning and I have lost another pound :hyper: That brings me to 15/15 pounds and my Valentine goal WOOHOO!! Plus I was able to claim my first blue clippie! :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc This time last week I didn't think that I would make my this goal because I still had 5 pounds to go! It just goes to show, never give up! All things are possible ::yes:: So come on everyone, we can do this together. Onward and downward! :grouphug:
 
Congratulations to those of you who have met your goal and also to those of us who have tried. I made 8/15. I would hit the 10 lb mark and then slide right back down to 8. I think I'm at a plateau. I do have encouragement to keep on going and look forward to the next challenge. I haven't had much time to read here lately, but at one time there was talk of an April Fools challenge. I'll have to look for that. Like other's have said, I do feel better (great) and my clothes are fitting much better. I want my 10 lb clippie soooooooo bad.

On the plus side, we're on our way to my DD's final cheerleading competition of this season today (Florida State Fair) and will head for WDW right after for a mini reuinion with family here from Ohio. It will be tough today and tomorrow but I can do it.

Congratulations to all who met their goal, those who nearly made it and a special :grouphug: to those of us who spent most of the first of this year in a PLATEAU...:rolleyes:

I know I've got to kick up the EXERCISE to get things moving again. So that will be a main focus for me for the next month (well, always actually). I've got 19 lbs to go for my ONEderland by spring challenge.....which now looks more like ONEderland by Easter!

Here it is Valentines Day and I did not make my goal. I did lose another pound this week so I am 6/11. I think I set an unrealistic
goal for myself since I generally lose 5 or 6 pounds a month. I am glad I have lost the 6 pounds and I have bumped up my exercise so at least I have improved my program.
Here is hoping I make Onderland by Spring.
 
I am where I was last week. I still need 4 more lbs for my 30 lb clippie. I didn't make my goal but I will get there soon.

Way to go all Challengers! If we didn't make our goal, we soon will.
 
Wasn't sure where to post my final total so I'll post here. I ended up at 8.8/10 so close but not quite. Congratulations to everyone who made their goals and to those of us who didn't - we should still be very proud of what we DID accomplish! :goodvibes:
 
Sad to say I did not make my VD goal. I lost 2/6 lbs of my goal. My loss was all in the 1st week & I've been stuck on a plateau ever since. I really haven't been bad in my food choices although a few extra carbs have managed to sneak into my mouth on occasion. :earseek: I have been exercising like crazy & I'm wondering if I'm putting on muscle. I'm hoping that is what is happening. I know I am a lot stronger, & able to do things I was not able to do a month ago. I will hang in here. I know those lbs will come off sooner or later.

Congrats to all the challengers, and thanks to everyone for being my support system.

Hi everyone! I stayed the same this week, so I ended up at 3.5/5. I didn't make my goal, but at least the scale has started moving down again. Great job to all of you who made it to goal. And to those of us who didn't, at least are lighter than we were when we started.:D
 
Well, I disappeared there for a while... I have been stuck at a plateau for a month and didn't wanna face the numbers!!!!!! I had been back and forth between 226 and 229 for a solid month. But that is over now!!!! YEAH!!!!!!! Made it to 221.5 this morning, so a little late, but still did not make goal. With todays weighin, I lost 11/15 only 4 pounds off, so I guess that's not too bad. Congrats to everyone through this challenge!!!!!!

I lost 2 pounds last week, so that made me 5/8! Not my goal but I'm still going to keep working on it.
