Valentine Photo Enhancements / Frames

For the past few years I have used a photo enhancement DISign as my girls school valentine. Somehow I have lost the design and now I am stuck as the girls asked when they get to staple the special valentine to the candy and get ready for the school party.
I would use the DISign and put each childs pic in it and they and all the kids at school loved it.

Does anyone have any photo enhancements// frames I could use?

Thank you, I remember that thread now. It is very very long and has lots of great stuff. I guess I will get to looking at all those pages.
