I want a new vacuum. Tell me why you love your vacuum. I hate the Hoover I have so I'm looking for a different brand.

Thanks!

Which model? Your link listed a bunch of them.

TIA!

We bought a Kenmore Progressive Upright a year ago, so far so good. They are on sale for $99.

When my Dyson Animal died about a month ago, I bought and returned a Hoover. It was too darn heavy! I bought a Shark and LOVE it! I got the Navigator - it's blue & white and got it during a 30% off sale at Kohl's for about $130. It's so lightweight and picks up great! I was worried that the path was kind of small but it hasn't been an issue. Plus it's head is lower so I can fit it under more furniture than the Dyson. Very happy with it!

I have a Dyson. Didn't get it brand new, it was refurbished. Husband found it on line. I've had it a long time now, it's an older model. I still will use it after my old one and it's amazing how much is left behind. I used it recently before my carpet cleaning, the carpet guy vacuumed before he started and commented he didn't get any dirt. Asked me what vacuum I had, he was impressed.

I had a kenmore for over 15 years and just replaced it this fall. I bought the same Shark Shelley F has and I love it! My hubby and kids love it too. We have a golden retriever who sheds an insane amount of hair and the Shark gets it all like it is nothing. I was skeptical when I bought it, but after putting it through the paces at home, I don't hesitate to recommend it!

Thanks everyone. I was debating between a Shark and a Dyson. I think I'm going to go with a Shark, but there are so many models. How do you decide?

When I bought a new Shark for the office, we went to Bed Bath & Beyond and handled the different models. I ended buying the purple one- I think it may be the lightest weight. DD16 is the one who cleans the office and she thinks it's great.

I have the purple shark navigator & love it! At the time, my cheapest option was coupon at Bed, Bath, & Beyond. I don't remember how much it was, maybe $130?

They all have the no lose of suction feature and the big difference is what tools come with it and what one you will be using. Also keep in mind you can buy a tools bundle online from Shark. The big thing would be the price. Go with the one that fits your budget and liking AKA the basic tools.

I liked my Dyson but LOVE my Shark. The weight is so much lighter and I feel like it picks up just as well. I had to go to the store to try them. I had planned on a different model but it felt heavier and the cup was not that much bigger. It also seemed top heavy. I would definitely go see them in person to see what tools & model seems right.

Best vacuum I have ever owned was a Kirby.

It was a heavy beast, but the suction power was amazing.

No offence to Dyson lovers out there, but it wasn't that powerful and I broke it in less then a year. Just like the cheap ones that I have gotten from walmart.

I'm in the market for a referb old heavy beast Kirby again.

I have a Dyson Animal and it's 8 years old. Still going strong and I have 2 labs so I vacumn a lot. My mom got a Shark Navigator and she really likes it, it is lighter than my Dyson. The Lowes deal is great, I'm thinking of getting one for upstairs!

I bought this shark rotator from BJs a few weeks ago. I thought it was a good price and I really wanted the canister feature for vacuuming the stairs. Its awesome, I'm really impressed with the way it cleans and its super easy to use.

Thank you! I ended up ordering this vacuum this morning.

I appreciate all the responses!

What code did you use? I tried 47000RRRRR3347R but it says it was invalid. I have been looking for a new vacuum, and this seemed like a great deal!

I did try replacing the R's with all sorts of random numbers. It keeps saying the promotion has been used.
