If you do a search on here you'll find lots of people that have rented from him. All the reviews that I've read have been good.

We just got home from WH, and stayed in one of his townhouses.
It was fantastic!
He really does answer all of your emails (pretty quickly, too), and is great to work with. We stayed in 2526 Maneshaw, and everything was great.
I would definitely rent from him again!!

We rented 3bdr unit #203 and loved the entire experience. Would not hesitate to use him again.
