Vacation Villas

We are at Disney World and noticed that the old Vacation Villas have been torn down. What is the future for the old Fairway Villas and Treehouses? It doesn't look like anyone is staying in them!

From what I understand it is a new DVC.

This area will be the next DVC property, Saratoga Springs.
The main Spa and CheckIn facilities will be utilized with some thematic changes for uniformity with the new construction.
The treehouses are staying but will not be part of the DVC property and are to undergo extensive rehabilitation.
