Vacation Villas at Fantasy World or Marriott

I am planning my first family trip to the world. July 30-Aug 6. I have a small challenge. My family was offered the use of a timeshare at the vacation villas fantasy world. Does anyone have information about the place. The one review I did discover was not very good. I made back up reservations at marriott sea world and marriott grande lakes. I really need some advice.
