We are staying in a 2 br (I guess an A & B combination) here in 2 weeks!!! What buildings are convenient to parking and pools? I don't think pool noise will be a big issue - so a courtyard or pool view would be nice... Do they have any designated non-smoking units? Do all 2 br units have the washer/dryer? And do the units have hairdryers?

Thanks so much for the information! Their website doesn't have alot of detail.

We stayed here from Dec 2nd to Dec 10th and LOVED IT!!! It is soooooo close to Disney it is unbelievable. We stayed in the big unit... unit "A" ... Unit "A" had a washer and dryer and a Hair Dryer. We saw a "B" unit and I remember a hair dryer but I do not think it had a washer dryer. I will include some pictures. We stayed in the building all the way in the back... it was very quiet. All condos are non smoking.. there is an ashtray on the balcony for smokers. They have ALOT of activities on the grounds if you want to just veg out at the complex...they have an Italian Night and a Hot Dog BBQ by the pool. All have fees but they are cheap. We also did the Timeshare tour...you are not required to do it, but i have never done one so we did it. We got tickets to Dixie Stampede for doing it. It was not that bad...it was like 2 1/2 hours and they tried to pressure us at the end and my boyfriend said "I told you 3 times now we are not buying today" and we started to get up and walk out. They backed down then. But then they send you to another room to do an evaluation of the tour and ask a few questions. I thought this would be high pressure, but none. But wait til you hear this.... the sales guy that showed us around first said the Condo was $24,000 with $585 yearly maintenance fees. Then he went down to $22,000... then he went down to $17,000 with $290 yearly maintenance fees... then he had some bigwig come over and offer us $12,000 with the $290 maintenance fees... then we left them and went to the evaluation room... the woman in this room asked us about the tour and we said it was very informative, the salesmen was very knowledgeable and nice, but this is not what we are lookng for... so she asked what was the lowest price the salesman offered and we told her the $12,000... so she says "what if I can offer this to you for $4900 with the $290 maintenance fees... :eek:YES THAT IS $4900!!!!  I couldnt believe it... someone next to us bought one for $17,000, if they would have held out they could have gotten it for $4900!!! We still didnt buy it, but if you are interested all I can say is HOLD OUT!!!
I have a copy of the map of the grounds somewhere, if you want me to scan it let me know I will get it out.
Hope this helps.... any other questions, please ask

Wow, thanks for sharing the pics. It looks like a great place.
Were the pools nice and warm in December?

You are welcome ;)
I did not use the pools but I did do the tour and went by the pools and they were all heated. It was chilly the week I was there and people were in the pools.

Are the A side units actually 1000 sq. ft.?? That is huge compared to 240 sq. ft at POP Century (where I was last week).
That would be amazing!!!!

We leave Sunday and have been so busy getting ready - I can't wait to go!

Thanks for the info and pictures. I will post when I return, but it looks great!

friends of ours were there last year, and loved it too..

Do the tour - but you don't have to buy from the developer..

Come home, do some reading, there are timeshare resales for just about everywhere!

If you do buy from the developer, please know that Florida's recision laws are 10 days after purchase..

HTH!!

Both Unit "A" and Unit "B" are one bedroom. The difference is "A" has a full kitchen and a jacuzzi in the bedroom. I saw the Unit "B" and it has a smaller kitchen, no stove, but a hot plate and microwave. Unit "B" is still very nice!! Way better than a hotel room. Your sister is going to love it!! :wizard:

Is the 1 bedroom Suite B? My sis is staying there next week!

I am not sure how many square feet it is...I will look at all the papers and if I find anything I will post it :) . I will tell you it is big. The bedroom is the size of a hotel room by itself. :wizard:

UPDATE: I just found this information : http://www.dailymanagementresorts.com/Resort.aspx?resort=5
It says for Unit A and Unit B it is 1500 sq ft.
So maybe "A" is like 850 and "B" is like 650???? Both sides have lots of room. :wizard:

I called the resort and was told that the "A" side is 1000 sq. ft. Which I find hard to believe when you look at the layout. Perhaps the 1000 sq. ft. include the balcony.
Regardless, it looks like a great place.

Wow this looks like a really nice place! I just can't get myself off the mindset that I have to stay onsite, but it might be good for a non-Disney trip. How much does it cost for a non-owner?

The B-side is 500 sq. ft. They call it a 1-bedroom but it really is a big studio. If you think of it in those terms, it's not too bad but it is lacking for a 1-bedroom (lack of a full kitchen as an example).
