Vacation Rental Help

I'm looking to rent a HOUSE for our trip. But I am kinda particular and there seem to be millions of houses.

SO....what I want/need:

at least 4 bedrooms
sleeps at least 8
pool
2 theme rooms for the kids (1 for boys 1 for girls or 2 gen neutral)

Any suggestions of houses you have stayed in or family or friends. You get the idea!

we just got back from disney. we rented a home in windsor hills through all star vacation. we only had one themed kids room with 2 twin beds but i'm sure you could do a search for 2 themed bedrooms. we absolutely loved the house and will probably never stay on sight again. we were just a few minutes from disney main gate.

We are considering renting a house for the first time. Story Time looks really nice. How long did it take you to get to the parks? Any negative comments? On the website it says you can see WDW fireworks, is that true?

Do they have to be cartoon themed? We rented the 4 bed from romancing the mouse at windsor hills, there was a surf/tiki room and a 'kite' room...the best part http://romancingthemouse.com/id68.html

We are staying in Formosa Gardens Villa. The homes have different themed rooms - you can check out the floor plan and pics on their website.

We chose this home because:
-it had a baby pool
-it had two rooms that could sleep more than two kids
-it did not have bunk beds (I have three nephews that would see bunk beds as a great adventure!)

Obviously we loved the layout and the number of bedrooms/bathrooms/pool it offered as well!

We already have it booked, and the owner has been amazing to to work with. I have never stayed here but am really looking forward to our stay!

I haven't stayed in the Storytime homes but have stayed in Windsor Hills a few times and you can be in the Animal Kingdom or DHS parking lots in less than 7 minutes, MK and Epcot in 12-15 min. Just remember with MK once you get to the parking lot you either walk or take a tram to the TTC and then monorail or ferry to the entrance to MK. We allowed 45 minutes to get to rope drop at MK when we stayed at WH.
Yes, from some of the homes at WH you can see the fireworks but I wouldn't make my choice of home dependent on that. From that distance they aren't too impressive, after the first couple of nights we didn't bother to watch. You can only see the highest ones anyway.
There's lots of homes to choose from on vrbo or homeaway and the windsorhillsrent.com sites. Good luck.
