Try looking on vbro, vacationhomes, or vacationrentals. We were able to negotiate a great rate on 2 weeks in a rental home on vacation homes.

Another recommendation for homeaway.com. We've used them for 7-14 day stays in the area and my parents rented from a listing there for a full month. Timing is everything though.
