I'm back with more questions...
We are staying at the DLH. Should I call Vacation Planning ahead of my 60 days and give them my preferred times? or email them?

Has anyone done this before? Or should I just try to call and do it myself? How close to my request times do you think I'll get?

We are in the park June 24-29, so I thought I'd call Vacation Planning next week to give them my places and times.

Any thoughts?

Thanks

You need to call. You also need to count out 60 days exactly if you're wanting to do it as soon as possible. Our first day in the park is June 29, so our 60 day out is April 30. So make sure you aren't calling too early next week.

I contact vacation planning either by email or phone with my desired places and times and they take care of calling at 60 days out. Once they do all your ressies, you should be a document with all the info in one place for your trip. I think it makes it much easier to have them do it.

Why not let them do the work. I totally agree.

So you can just call them and request it for like Aladdin and it's free? I'm confused. Can you explain please? What shows are you requesting it for?

They do ressies for dining, priority seating for Fantasmic!, tours, and room deliveries (gift baskets, treats, etc) but not Aladdin.

Yes I have done this before. I called (only a week out as it was a last minute trip) and made Fantasmic and the Holiday Tour bookings and also some dining PS's and some things to be delivered to the room. It was wonderful. When we checked in, we received a packet and it had our tickets to Fantasmic and the tour and there was a itineray printed up of our whole stay and the PS's bookings for each day and it has fantasmic and the tour on the days we had booked them. I would definately use them again, it was very easy :thumbsup2

Thanks all! I definitely think I am going to have them do my work for me! I didn't realize they would do more than dining reservations.:cheer2:
