Vacation planning booklet you receive in the mail after booking

Maybe our vacation is just too far out but we booked our Oct 2020 package when 2020 packages came out a couple months ago. In years past we have gotten our little welcome and planning booklet that has your resort info along with other stuff within a couple weeks from booking but so far this time nothing has been mailed to us. Has anyone else that has booked a fall 2020 package got their’s?

Didn't get the book yet (maybe they want more money for my December trip?)but have received literature about how to contact various departments.

We received ours 7-8 months out this time.

We booked right after 2020 packages were released. For our spring trip in April 2020, we received a welcome booklet a few weeks ago.

they do seem to be sending them out after a few months after booking lately. We got our last 2 a number of months after the booking.

I booked my January 2020 trip at the beginning of July. The booklet arrived in the mail on Wednesday.

I was wondering the same thing, we booked for next fall also and still haven't gotten ours either.

I wonder why we wouldn't have gotten one yet, we booked the day packages were released.

We booked our March 2020 trip on May 25, 2019. We got ours this week!

My booklet for my January 2020 trip came this week. I booked right when the rates were released.

Hopefully we’ll get one. It won’t be the end of the world if we don’t, it’s just fun to get and look through. I called the other day just to see what they’d say and the lady told me that some people get sent one and some people don’t.

We just went this past March 2019. I never got one. Booked for October 2019 and never got one either

Booked for Dec 2019 back in February and never received one.

We got our booklet this past Friday, at three weeks out from our vacation. We also got our ME luggage tags and magic bands last week. I originally booked our trip in May.

I got one for each of my 3 trips this year (Apr, Aug, Nov) and 1 for my next year stay in Apr. It usually comes about a month or 2 after making the booking, at least for me.
