Vacation planner for concierge guest?

I have reservations for 2 night in GF sugar loaf and 2 night at poly concierge for mid-december (GF first two nights and Poly the last two nights). Already got vacation planner from Poly but was wondering...have people been getting their vacation planner from GF concierge? From the posts, GF seems to have pretty bad track record. We had stayed in Poly concierge twice and both time we got the planners months before our arrival time. Just curious!

I've stayed 3 times in the GF concierge over the years and I've never received a vacation planner from them. I've either gotten a call from their pre-planning office or initiated the call myself. I tend to be an over planner and usually don't have the patience to wait for their call Here is the number for the GF pre-planners 407-824-1775. If you already know what you want, you can also fax them at 407-824-3461. They'll fax you back an itinerary with the confirmation numbers on it. Just an FYI, they seem to respond quicker to faxes then to voice mail messages. In their defense, when I spoke to the pre-planning office, I was informed that they had really cut back on their staff. I think it would help them if they sent out the vacation planners, but that's just my opinion.
