Vacation Home Recommendations near WDW

We are a family of six, but hope to have grandparents or other family/friends vacation with us. We are looking to rent a home that is clean, comfortable, and has accommodations for 8+ people. Prefer to have a pool and be within about a 20 minute drive to parks. Would like to be near grocery store(s). Can anyone suggest some reputable homes for vacation rentals???? We have just had too many friends pay for their rental home only to find out it was a fraud. We'd greatly appreciate the assistance. FYI, trip will probably be towards the end of 2017 and the ages of kids will be 8-13. Please recommend places that you have stayed in and enjoyed and would revisit. We have stayed onsite, offsite in a hotel, and even at Give Kids the World for a Make-A-Wish trip, but have never done a vacation rental and would like to do so this time. My neighbor recently used vacationbythemouse.com. They had a nice pool in the backyard and stayed in the Solterra Resort. I have no experience there. We always stay in Windsor Hills. But she was happy with the location.

There are 5 bedrooms with sleeping space for 11, a games room, a pool and a lake view. It is in Lake Berkley Resort which is a very quiet small gated community just south of Disney. I have stayed at various houses in this resort 3 times now. It is walking distance to a Walmart Supercenter where we get all our groceries and other necessities. There are also lots of other family restaurants, shopping and activities nearby (mini-golf, Medieval Tiimes).

I would book there again without hesitation.

I wouldn't hesitate to stay in any of them again. We usually make last minute plans so homes are usually booked up by the time we're ready to decide.

Another nod here for Windsor Hills. We have stayed in a few communities and Windsor Hills is by far our favorite. It's the closest to WDW, is a gated community and has some great amenities. We have stayed at and will be returning this fall to a rental home called Villa Park Lane. Beautiful home.... www.villaparklane.com
