Vacation Booked for 8/14 Shouldn't I Be Able to Book Today 180+10?

I have an upcoming vacation for 8/14-8/23. I thought that my dining window opened today. When I go online to book it doesn't allow me to choose any dining past 8/14? 8/15 and forward is all greyed out (not showing in black on the calendar.) We are staying on property. Shouldn't I be able to book today for at least most of my trip?
 
Yep! I logged out and back in and tried it in chrome and IE. Now I can see the dates and I get times but when I click the time to book I get the PAWS message with lady and the tramp. Maybe it's down..... again.
 
I've been having similar problems as you (just posted in another thread). We too arrival on the 14th of August and cannot book our first day, let alone +10. Everything is linked. Phone and iPad app are not working, neither is the Internet. Hadn't thought about trying IE thoug. Might try and see if that works.

Happened to us when we booked for our July trip --- the +10 wasn't working ! It's been happening for months, and we never had this problem before !! We got the famous "sorry for the paws" message too --- we were only able to book the ADR for our 180 and all of the others we had to do separately each day. So--- we decided to call on the 180--- gave our resort conf # and booked all of the other adrs on the phone --- it's a glitch on Disney side--- still can't believe they haven't fixed it yet !!
 
Went through this yesterday got up super early in anticipation of booking, got first ressie and nothing else. Called at 7 on hold for maybe 5 mins and got everything I wanted, was off the phone by 7:20. Pretty aggravating I was linked and days highlighted on calendar. Luckily now you have to give charge card info when booking ts so this probably helped in things being easy to get as far as good times.
 
I'm having this same problem today online. I called, and the automated voice told me I had to have a reservation date of 8/15 or earlier. I really thought my 180 was today, and I double checked using some online calculators. All of them gave me today's date, but maybe they're wrong. :confused3 I'm super aggravated. I guess I'm waiting to try again tomorrow morning. I'm not loving this added stress. :sad2:
 
Having the same problem and I had it last year too. I spent a long while on the phone with IT last year and we couldn't get it figured out. It was late, but the guy on the phone was really nice and stayed later than he was supposed to. He really wanted to figure it out. It's so bizarre.
Anyone else on a bounceback? I was thinking that might be part of the trouble even though it shouldn't be...

I'm on the bounce back but I don't think that's the problem. I've had several trips over the last 2-3 years. Some bounce back, some room only and my 180+10 never works no matter who at IT tries to fix it or tells me the problem is fixed. I was told yesterday that my reservation is listed on MDE, but MDE cannot read it. Nobody knows how to fix it.
 
So odd. Last year was my first time with the problem. The subsequent years were just fine. I have no idea what would have caused any change to my account. That's interesting that MDE can't read it.
