Teaching finally came through and it has certainly been interesting. Some good classes and some bad classes, and some that were just plain crazy!

Really enjoying the adventure! Thanks for sharing :goodvibes
Thanks for reading along!

An update is to come!

Sorry for the delay!

I hope you will all forgive me for such a delay in posting! It has been a crazy few weeks around here. So much has been going on with My Scrapbook Fundraiser for MS, Weekend retreat, teaching, trying to get organized, planning our july trip, making costumes, and now V's 5th birthday. Yes her 5th birthday....

Head on over to my July PTR (the link is in my signature) to see the birthday cake I made. Now onto important things

Recap: V and I hit up the Magic Kingdom, Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, from dawn till dusk!

Day 3: Animal Kingdom

It was NOT easy to wake V this morning. It was really hard, she was so tuckered out. I knew we would be having a bit of an earlier night so I was hopeful she would last the day. She got up and had a quick shower to wash all the BBB out. I was disappointed she didn’t want to keep the hair done up as I’d read that some girls keep theirs looking great for days, but oh well. She grabbed some cheerios to eat on the bus for breakfast, refilled the mug and headed to the bus for Animal Kingdom.
We got to AK before rope drop and only had to wait maybe 15 min for the show to start! We were near the front so it might have been longer. We were towards the left so we didn’t have a great view of the show but a few nice people moved aside a bit so V could see.

We followed the rope heading to...... if you guessed Africa you are right! We headed straight for Kilimanjoros Safari. After being nearly run over by a runaway stroller.... yes a runaway stroller. I went to the stroller parking and pushed down the hill and I think V was still in the stroller so I walked down. I might have left her at the top of the small hill, but I’m pretty sure the CM was telling me to let the stroller go, but no I walked it down, it was a fully loaded stroller! I gave him the stroller and walked up the hill nearly getting hit by a runaway umbrella stroller that someone launched from the top of the hill like literally just walked by the top of the hill let it go and continued on not worrying to see if there was anyone to catch it. We joined the running of the bulls through the que. People actually passed us in line and V was hustling! We walked right on to the ride and enjoyed a lovely trek through Africa.

Aside from when our driver kept telling the people sitting behind us to tell their kid to sit down. Seriously, hold your child if you need to, good grief. We caught the poachers! And enjoyed all the amazing animals!

After getting the stroller we headed to Asia, any guesses where we were going to next?

Subbing!! Wow your trip looks like so much fun!! I'm a nanny too but in England, I look after two boys so quite the opposite to the princesses there more Buzz and Woody obsessed!! E is just about to turn 4 and will start full time school in September also but J is still only 1 so I should have a few more years yet with the family *fingers crossed*I love my job finding the right family is just amazing!!

Back to Disney related, am hitting Old Key Wt, just my BF and I....no kids!! May 19th- June 5th ... TR are such a brilliant way of passing time :cool1: especially when you can relate!!:happytv: can't wait to see more :D :coffee:

Recap: We loved Kilimanjaros Safaris!

We headed to Asia to grab Fast Passes and ride Expedition Everest, but NO FP, actually EE wasn’t even running! No idea why, so we headed to Kali River Rapids and grabbed some fast passes for later. We started walking back to the Jungle Trek but Expedition Everest was open, so we rode that instead. V liked it, but when I asked her to ride again she didn’t want to  I enjoyed the ride! I am a coaster junkie! I had heard about the scary part, but V didn’t seem bothered by it.

No real pictures for this part so kind of boring.
We were supposed to do the Majarah Jungle Trek next, but It was hot and I noticed it was about 10 and nearing the 10:30 showing of Nemo so we headed over to Dinoland and into the nice cool air. Refreshing. We didn’t have too long of a wait, but V entertained us all by dancing at her seat! She insisted on wearing her Cinderella glass slippers that day so I think that had something to do with it!

The Nemo show was amazing! The music, the singing the puppets, the colors just amazing!!! V really loved it too!

Now, what to do next????

We ventured further into Dinoland and saw the line for TriceraTop Spin wasn’t too long. Or so I thought. Basically it is Dumbo with one loading area! So slow, but we made it on and of course loved it, how can you not like it!

Then she saw them and dragged me over the line!

Pluto and Goofy were definitely my 2nd favourite character interaction of the day. They were just awesome with V. Goofy hugged her about 5 times. It was definitely a High quality interaction. Pluto even pulled me over for photos!
UP NEXT... FOOD!!!!

Great pics !! I just love AK .. The theming is just amazing. :thumbsup2

V looks like she had a great time ! :goodvibes

I LOVE the latest pics at AK, so much fun. YOu are going to have a blast once again in a few short months!

Recap: Goofy & Pluto were a blast!
We were starving! Food was definitely a necessity next so we headed over to Restaurantsauros. I was pretty impressed. It was quick service, but I got the burger and was totally excited by the burger toppings bar and loaded some mushrooms on. I loved that you got to make it yourself and the burger itself really tasted quite fresh. What I did not enjoy was the wait for the food. After ordering I think we waited like 15 minutes! There were not that many orders in front of us, yet orders behind us were getting theirs before us. So annoying but we got our food grabbed a seat and dug in. V loved the bucket her kids meal came in. I thought I got a picture of it, but I guess not 
We were recharged after lunch and so we headed over to The Boneyard so that V could play and explore and I could still have a seat and rest. My feet were OMG painful. Thank goodness I had the stroller to push because honestly if I didn’t have something to lean on I’m not sure I would have made it at Disney! V had lots of fun exploring, but really I didn’t let her play too long, there was still so much to do!

Then we stopped for some photo pass pics infront of The Tree of Life!

Once we got to Camp Minnie & Mickey, I realized we were just in time for Festival of the Lion King so we headed there first.

Can you guess which section we sat in?

I cannot say enough good things about this show it was utterly fantastic!!! V and I both agreed that the gymnast birds at the end were our favourite!
What did we do next? We visited Minnie and Mickey and all their friends of course!!!
