V&A Spring/Summer Menu?

We were there last week and it was pretty much different. The Kobe beef was still on it, DH had some kind of lobster tail (I can't eat seafood), and he had turbot as an optional upcharge course. I had a bison carpaccio, a white asparagus vegetarian dish, something highlighting fresh peas (I don't have my menu with me now - I'm just going off my photos), chicken roulade, blueberry ice cream (instead of cheese course - this was an either/or choice), and two desserts - something with peach and I don't recall what the other one was. DH always wants the caviar and this time they offered what they called an international tasting: 3 different caviars (somewhere, California, Belgium) - he usually has the Israeli one. DH had some other kind of seafood with asparagus too but not what was on the menu you posted. I think they change the menu so often and customize it for guests so much that they don't bother to update their website with new menus much.

In my experience the menu changes very frequently, the menu online is very much a sample not the actual menu for some specific period of time. A few things from our visits have stayed consistent such as the Turbot and Kobe, though the Turbot prepared different ways.
