Ok, I know I've read somewhere that at certain tables in the main dining room you can hear other tables because of the acoustics of the dome. If I want to avoid that, should I just request a table not under the dome? Or does anyone have suggestions for requests?

The tables under the "dome" ( and there aren't many of them ) are the ones where you MAY be able to hear other table's conversations. We sat at such a table just last trip. Mrs U reported that she could hear every word a man was saying who was seated at the table across from us. Just like she could hear me talking. But she didn't hear a thing the woman was saying!! And I could see the man's lips moving, but couldn't hear anything!!
Once we got into our meal, it really didn't bother her all that much---

and I am NOSEY!! I loved listening to people's conversations!! LOL!! But once dinner began, I didn't really listen and it didn't bother me. I actually liked sitting in the dome...it felt special....I bet not as special as my Chef's Table on November 27th!!! Can't wait!!
