UV protective swimwear?

Another question..sorry!

Has anyone used lion in the sun protective t-shirts and are they worth the pennies?
I have 2 teens boys who love the waterparks, do these shirts provide good sun protection (better than normal t-shirt).

We go in july so V hot thinking of getting these to avoid burnt kids after the water park...any advice?

They could also use them on future hols eg.. egypt next year (also V hot!)

Yes we got them 2 years ago for DS then 4 and very fair skin, and DD then 8 olive skin but still like to be careful - for Lanzarote, August. We bought the t-shirts with 3/4 sleeves and the legionnaires caps. They spent loads of time in them, in and out of the pool, and I'm happy to say didn't get sun burn. (My legs got burned in the 10 mins it took us to set out towels, bags, suncream, etc by the pool one day!!) They dry very quickly when they come out of the water. I bought a bigger size than needed for max coverage.

We got them from Kids Kapers site, but I think they're same price as on lion in the sun site.

Thanks for the reply they do sound very good would hate for the kids to get burnt it ruins everyones holiday, i have ordered 2 they shoud arrive tomorrow or sat so V pleased

I've never heard of these before do they do adult sizes and where did you get them from?

We use them whenever we are going to be swimming for more than an hour or so and always when we go to the waterparks. "Touch wood" they have never been burnt yet.
