I was sick today. But DH was nice enough to go to the post office for me. 
They all know us and know I mail (lots of) pins. One gal gave DH a sheet showing USPS pins, and a website they can be purchased from.
I browsed and they have several that may interest others here, including SOME "Greetings from (state)". NE was not listed though.
I KNOW you all are disappointed! 
There are many stamp pins, going back to 1993 that can be purchased. And they have patriotic pins for as low as $1 each.

I have not purchased from this company, The March Company. So I cannot fully endorse them. But if they are good enough for USPS...
