Using Q&C vouchers at the monorail resorts

We have Q&C vouchers for 3 lunches. We plan to eat at B&C, and at the Pepper Market, after playing mini-golf. I'm looking for suggestions for the other lunch. Any recommendations for using the vouchers at one of the monorail resorts? I checked out the menus, and it really looks like the options are limited at these resorts. On a side note, I'd like to be able to get something for dessert, other than a brownie, or cookie, etc. Suggestions? TIA

The Q&Cs aren't that great for dining at the monorail resorts. At the CR, you have your choice of the Sand Bar Grill or the Food & Fun Center. Both are "grab & go" dining. At the GF, you can eat at the Gasparilla Grill & Games. There are no choices for the Poly.

For desserts, the Pepper Market has bakery items that are out of this world and B&C has amazing sundaes. The CR Food & Fun Center has a key lime pie that's pretty good. I've never eaten at Gasparilla's, so I can't say what they offer.
