Using pts. at GCH @ DL........

Hi! We have ressies at the GCH in DL. Do I have to call MS back to put a request for bunk beds on our ressie or can I call GCH directly? Also, I lost my ressie confirmation letter.....Ugh!!.....do I really need it to check in?? I have our confirm. # off the website, will that be enough?

Thanks!! This is our first time using our pts. and I am so excited. I will be more excited when we start planning our trip to WDW in Sept. '08!!!

When are you visiting? You could always request another confirmation from MS as long as you're not leaving next week. At the same time you can make your requests.
I would bet you could request with either MS or the GCH, and also check in without a confirmation.
If it were me, I would call MS and do both at once.
