Using member services to book dining Adrs - help please

Hi,

I am a DVC member from the UK. I understand luckily we can use the free phone number for MS to book our Adrs 90 days out. (it would be very costly to ring otherwise.)

I was wondering could anyone advise the opening times of MS so that the Cm could help with the Adrs .

Ps I get a bit confused about the time zones - I know that when in WDW Uk is 5 hrs ahead ie 9am Fl is 2pm in Uk.

I think my 90 days would be on a weekend - are MS open then?

MS is open 9:00am to 5:30pm Eastern Time, 7 Days a Week. They are closed for select major US Holidays.

That's 14:00 - 22:30 (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM) in London's time zone.

But, also remember that some of the difficult ressies to get go right at 7am EST so you may want to call the number directly for ADR's if there are difficult ones you want to get. Just my opinion as we alwasy just books directly with the WDW DINE number.

No I have the free number from the uk - it was the main dining number I was after thanks

Can we use the toll free International number for dining or is it only for MS?

MS can make dining reservations for you. I did it once on the spur of the moment when I was on the phone with them changing a reservation. This was back when you could make dining reservations at 180 days out. The CM asked if there was anything else he could do for me like make dining reservations and off the top of my head I said sure, and he made a few for me.
