Using ME at the last moment!

On Thursday we flew out of Dayton to MCO and heard that our flight was overbooked, and they wouldn't begin to board until they got 1 volunteer who would get to MCO about 1 1/2 hour later than this flight would arrive. There would be compensation, so DH agreed. He went to make arrangements, and I went on the phone to call Disney to see if I could get ME because we were planning to rent a car for our stay. The castmember I got on the phone couldn't help me because of the short notice, and suddenly it was the last call for me to board, and I went to MCO wondering if I could get ME.

The experience was wonderful! I got my bag, found the ME desk, explained my plight, and was issued a boarding pass. I was in Pop Century in great time, and DH came later using the rental car.

I think this is a wonderful service!
