Using ebates for Uggs.com purchase ?

Has anyone had any issues with getting their 11% rebate though ebates when shopping at Uggs.com? I am new to ebates and this was my 2nd purchase using the site. The first one I had the rebate credit within 24 hours. Since the rebate was so high for Uggs and it was the only discount I could get I was very careful to follow the rules and make sure I clicked to Uggs through the ebates site etc.

I made the purchase last week and my item has even been delivered, but there is no sign of the rebate at ebates, not credited or pending. Through the FAQs it says some rebates can take up to 30 days to appear so nothing to complain about yet. I am just wondering if Uggs is one that usually takes awhile or if there should be something to be concerned about. TIA!

I bought UGG boots last week and mine was credited the next day.

Just go to the "Where's My Cash Back" section and follow the instructions. You should get your credit within 24 hours. The quarter ends on December 31 so anything that credits after that will not be on the February payout.

As I mentioned in my OP I have been checking that for over a week. There was nothing listed in the credits or the pending credits. I checked the FAQ's and it said some stores can take over 30 days to apply the credit so you are not supposed to email until 30 days past your purchase.

I figured after hearing from others that it was credited quick that Uggs is not a store that takes 30 days. Since they have free returns I am returning the order and I repurchased today using a link through ebates with free overnight shipping. Within an hour I had the credit show up on ebates so obviously it got lost in the shuffle last week. It's a pain to have to ship the others back, but it's free for me. 11% rebate is a lot for Uggs so I wasn't going to let it go!
