Using Disney Visa redemption card to pay for Genie+ or mobile ordering

Is there a way to use the Disney Visa redemption card to pay for Genie+, ILL, or mobile food ordering? I can't add this as a form of payment to my Disneyland account. I understand that Disney gift cards can be used (by manually entering the gift card number) for mobile order, so perhaps this is how to use the Disney Visa redemption card? Thank you for any help or info!
