Using Disney Rewards card at Disney Springs

Can I use my Disney Rewards at stores like Alex and Ani or Pandora jewelry in Disney Springs? Can I use Disney gift cards at those stores?

Here's a link to the Disney Rewards website which lists all locations at Disney Springs where you can use the Rewards Redemption Card. It looks like both Alex and Ani and Pandora are included.
