Using Dining plan to book Hoop de doo

I will be using my dining plan to reserve hoop de foo for august. we are wanting to go with friends who are on a separate reservation. How can I book a table for our whole party without them using my dining credits for everyone? We are friends on MDE can we book it through there?

Only the people staying on the reservation with Dining Plan can be booked using Dining Plan credits. What you can do, for now, is book the HDDR reservation with a CC. Then when you pick up your HDDR tickets in person at your Disney resort concierge desk, you could modify your purchase to apply partial payment to Dining Credits and get a partial CC refund. You can work out the remaining CC balance with your friends. Be sure to book in the seating category that Dining Plan credits allow for, even though you're originally not booking with dining credits.
