Using Costco Tix with Hotel Perks?

My DH is going on a business trip this month and staying onsite at the Loew's hotel. If he has one of the tickets from Costco, can he use it and still get the perks that go along with staying onsite like skipping lines and early admittance?

As long as he's staying onsite, he will get early entry into WWoHP and unlimited Express. The type of ticket or where he purchased it is not important.
