USF meal ideas for 3 veggies?

In full panic, no I mean planning, mode for our trip next month and I am stumped for ideas for our dining on the USF part of our trip. We've previously eaten at Hard Rock Cafe and, although we really enjoyed this, it's lost a bit of it's shine for us now there are more branches over here. We also enjoyed the Kitchen in HRH, but have never been to any of the Citywalk restaurants or any of the places in RPR or PBH.

We'll be staying in PBH for three nights and will probably want two planned sit-down meals during that time (the rest of the time we'll eat on the hoof).

Any suggestions for 3 veggies plus 1 carnivore for somewhere fun and not too expensive?

We did the Bob Marley restaurant back in 2000 and I remember having some weird and wonderful things there, something called Natty Dread !!!!

The Trattoria in the Portifino Bay offers a superb Italian buffet. The pasta is fresh cooked so you can choose what they put in it for you. They had some nice salad choices, wonderful pasta and great desserts. They also have some very nice meat dishes on the buffet as well for any meat eaters, but for a veggie this is an excellent choice.

Cost wise the buffets was up in the mid $20s level, but it was excellent.

all of the restaurants on citywalk offer a decent veggie option though i can perticularly recommend hard rock and jimmy buffets margerhitaville.

bob marleys has gotten a bad rap recently so i'd avoid it. i've heard the pasta place(pastamore i think its called) there is good also. also if your inside islands of adventure try the mythos restaurant. or in the studios try finnegans irish bar and grill. i also hear bubba gumps shrimp company is coming to citywalk so expect some nice veggie dishes from them
